Intuitive Art
Our creativity is one of our greatest gifts. It can bring us to where we want to go, because we are expanding the limits of what we thought could be.
Intuitive Art is simple and accessible to everyone.
It is a method of responding to inquiries by applying art materials to the page in an inner-directed way.
We end up making art that is powerful and meaningful to us, even if we think we don’t know how to.
Intuitive Art increases our self awareness and gives us "aha moments" by helping us access our subconscious and our higher self
It moves us towards our goals by giving us the insights and answers we need.
It regulates our nervous system, creates inner shifts in our being, and brings us to peace.
There is no right or wrong way to do it, and no end result that is better than another.
Intuitive Art is not about making art that is appealing to others. It is about making art that has power and meaning for you.
Through all this and more, Intuitive Art leads us on a path to joy and fulfillment.

We learn to move through our emotions in a safe and tolerable way and
get in touch with that solid inner stability, peace, and joy that we have always had at our core.
We connect to a calmer, brighter, and more joyful version of ourselves which influences our daily life.
We take joy in the intuitive art of ourselves and others and see it as an expression to be honored and valued.
We grow our relationship with our higher self and Source energy (God), if that is what we want.
