​​Hi, I'm Patrice Spitz. I became a personal development facilitator 30 years ago, because I was determined to get out of my old story and make a new life for myself, and I have.  

 

For several of those years, I served as a chaplain, which included ushering people out of life.  I saw how at the end of their life, some people were stuck in emotional patterns such as worry, anxiety, sadness, or anger, and had not allowed themselves to be as happy as they could have during their life.  This had also prevented them from living their life to it’s fullest potential.  Most had not done the personal inner work required to heal and grow.

 

After some time I realized that rather than ushering people out of life, I wanted to get back to ushering people into their best life while they still had life in them.

 

I am more on fire than ever to help people live their best life with peace and joy, being authentic to their true nature and desires, so that eventually, they will be able to look back on their lives without regrets.

This is not usually a quick fix, but a journey of unraveling and letting go of what we no longer need, coming to healing and resolution with the past, making positive changes, and bringing in what we do need.  And it's so worth it! 

 

I combine everything I have learned through my life experience and trainings, including spiritual counseling, life coaching, energetic healing methods, and intuitive art facilitation into my Integral Healing℠ method.
